Oat cookies are my super favourites and I
had always wanted to try them. And one fine day I did. That was a few months
ago but I had not posted the recipe. I am posting the recipe today. Oats are
very healthy and these cookies are super-tasty. So, for all those looking for
healthier options which are tasty as well, this is one. If you want to make it healthier, you might use
brown sugar instead of normal powdered sugar or, if you have any other ideas, please
do share them in the comments section below.
INGREDIENTS-
1 ¼ cup Oats
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
Vanilla essence
Raisins
Method –
1.
Take a bowl

Add oats
3.
Add flour
4.
Add sugar
5.
Add baking soda
6.
Add vanilla essence

Add raisins
8. Add milk
9.
Add butter

0. Mix all the ingredients well and prepare a dough.
11. Once the dough is ready, put the oven on pre-heat.
12. While the oven gets heated, line the cookie dough on a greased baking
tray.
13. Put the tray in the oven. Bake at 170 derees Celsius for about 15
minutes.
14. Once the cookies are baked, ENJOY!
